• Follow-Up Visits:

  • Return Visit - problem focused: $195 (up to 30 minutes)

  • Return Visit - expanded: $295 (up to 45 minutes)

  • Return Visit - extended: $395 (up to 50 minutes)

  • Lab Review/Phone Call: $110 (up to 15 minutes)
